Shipping policy

Shipping Policy Effective date: June 15, 2026

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships. Shipping rates & delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We currently ship within the United States.

• Standard shipping: 5–8 business days

 Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

Order tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Use it to follow your package on the carrier's website.

Lost or stolen packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, first check with neighbors and building management. If it's still missing after 3 business days, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Address accuracy Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake right after ordering, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to correct it before shipment.

International shipping We do not currently offer international shipping. Check back as we expand.
