Refund policy

Our commitment We stand behind everything we make. If you're not happy with your order, we'll make it right.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:

 • Unused and in original packaging

 • Not damaged by the customer To start a return, email us with your order number and reason. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's done.

Exchanges Want a different product? Email us and we'll do our best to swap it for you. Exchanges are subject to availability. Damaged or wrong items If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the item.

 Non-returnable items

• Items returned after 30 days 

• Items that show signs of use or are not in original packaging

• Sale or clearance items (marked final sale at checkout) Shipping costs Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damage in transit, etc.).
